This is the second edition of the Social Media Six Pack, where we pick five Facebook Business (Fan) pages and one Posterous blog that we have been watching, and that we feel offer value to its readers. We go local and national on this.
The difficulty of choosing is that there are Facebook pages coming out by the score. Everyone has jumped on this bandwagon, and it’s moving quickly. If you have a fan page and haven’t updated the look in a bit, keep your eyes open because the evolution is swift. We all know what happened to the dinosaurs.
So, here are the five for the week:
First on the list is Miamism’s Facebook page. Smart writing, and a beautiful tab built by Mike Mueller- click on the pic to check it out:
Next we have another page built for the general public by a real estate agent, Richard Silver. Great idea both for exposure and for providing a community service. Here is Downtown Toronto News:

The Monument from Leominster has a great local page that inspires a lot of interaction. One of my favorite places:

We found a couple of pages with national reach, but are a lot of fun and are interactive. Here is Dunkin Donuts:

That they have a fan of the week says it all. Too cool.
And Cheetos: here is another picture that is worth a thousand words.

I am not too sure what the words would be… but the page is very interactive, to the point of being hijacked, and the content is funny.
Our posterous of the week is another that is visually brilliant. Thank you, Susie Blackmon, for your photos of Maggie Valley.

That’s it for this week! See you next week.
