This ad represents that although the market in our area is perceived to be slow, we are selling homes. Our agents have a higher number of transactions per agent than the average agent in our area – this is straight from our MLS.

We are proud of this, and very happy for our buyer and seller clients. But, as everyone knows, a real estate office is only as good as its last contact with its clients – and because of this we really need to acknowledge our brokers and agents.

Real estate sales are so dissimilar to any other type of sales. They are, more than anything else, about relationships and trust. An agent or broker is assumed to be skilled at the process – what separates the good agent from the great agent are the intangibles that the agent brings to the table, closing and otherwise.
