Chapman Place Leominster

Chapman Place is a condominium development in Leominster, MA, not far from Route 2 and I-190.

I spoke with MaryAnn, one of our agents who lives at Chapman Place and she said one of the reason she likes living there is it is well maintained. The monthly condo fee pays for the Master Insurance, Landscaping,
Swimming pool, Tennis Court,  some exterior maintenance,  refuse removal and snow removal.
Nearly all units have garages, and most end units boast one-level living.
Convenient location off Rt. 12 with easy access to Rt.2 and I-190. Check out their website for more information.
